This notice explains what personal and health information we collect about patients (and their parents/guardians) at our clinic, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to information collected through our registration forms, appointment scheduling, therapy sessions, and doctor consultations.

• Basic details — patient name, date of birth/age, gender, parent/guardian name, address, phone number.
• Health information — condition/diagnosis, therapy assessment notes, progress goals, doctor consultation notes and reports.
• Photos/videos — only if you separately consent, for patient identification and/or documenting therapy activities.
• Appointment and billing details — session bookings, package usage, invoices.

• To provide therapy and medical consultation services to the patient.
• To schedule, reschedule, and remind you of appointments (including via WhatsApp).
• To maintain clinical records required for safe and continuous care.
• To generate invoices and receipts for services provided.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

We collect this information with the consent of the patient's parent/guardian at the time of registration. Photo/video consent is separate and optional — declining it does not affect the therapy or medical services you receive.

We share appointment reminder details (name and appointment time) with our WhatsApp messaging provider solely to send you reminders. We do not share your clinical/health information with any other third party except when required by law or with your explicit consent (e.g., a referral letter you ask us to prepare).

We retain patient records for as long as the patient is under our care, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, medical record-keeping, and billing requirements.

• You can ask to see the information we hold about your child.
• You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or billing records we are required to keep.
• You can withdraw photo/video consent at any time going forward.

We do not currently offer these as automatic, self-service actions on this website — instead, simply contact us using the details below and we will action your request directly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India, the government body set up to handle such complaints.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting and restricted staff access.
